It’s all in the nose: How to get twice the enjoyment drinking wine
Jim Hammond, the Southwestern Wine Guy will be signing books at the above locations and doing a presentation on improving and sharpening one’s perception of wine aroma, which dramatically enhances one’s awareness, recognition and description of the myriad of aromas and scents a wine offers. Jim will use a professional wine aroma kit to demonstrate how it can train a wine lover’s perception and identification of the seductive bouquet a wine weaves within a glass. No wine is sampled during the presentation and it is open to all.
